How long does my order take?

Almost everything we sell is made to order — your piece is produced for you, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Made to order in 3–7 days, delivered in 9–14 days. Most orders arrive within 12–21 days. You'll get a tracking email once your parcel reaches our local delivery partner.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over AU$150. Under AU$150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight — typically under AU$10 within Australia. See Track Order for delivery details.

Returns & exchanges

30-day returns on unworn items. Full details on our Return Policy page. Your first size or colour exchange ships free.

Sizing

Every product page includes a size chart. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, down for compression.

Payment

We accept all major cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — plus express options like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, all through Shopify's secure checkout.

Shipping Protection

Add ZENITH Shipping Protection (AU$4.95) at the cart to cover loss, theft and damage in transit — we replace or refund without courier disputes.
