Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide.
- Free standard shipping on orders over AU$150.
- Orders under AU$150: shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight — typically under AU$10 within Australia.
Processing and delivery
Almost everything we sell is made to order — produced for you when you order it. That's how we avoid overproduction.
- Made to order in 3–7 days, delivered in 9–14 days once production is complete.
- Most orders arrive within 12–21 days of ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel reaches our local delivery partner. Tracking covers the final leg of the journey, so it can take a few days after dispatch to go live.
Shipping Protection
- Add ZENITH Shipping Protection (AU$4.95) to any order at the cart. If a
protected order goes missing or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you
straight away, without waiting on a carrier investigation. - Claims: email support@znth.shop with your order number within 30 days of the
- expected delivery date. For damaged items, include a photo of the item and packaging. Replacements are sent at no cost; refunds go back to your original payment method.
If you didn't add Shipping Protection, contact us exactly the same way — email
support@znth.shop with your order number. We deal with the courier, not you.
Shipping Protection does not buy rights you already have; it only means we
resolve the claim immediately rather than once the carrier's investigation
finishes. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply either way.
