Track your order

Once your parcel reaches our local delivery partner you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. Tracking covers the final leg of the journey, so it can take a few days after dispatch to go live.

Can't find your shipping confirmation? Check your spam folder first, then email support@znth.shop with your order number and we'll resend it.

How long does delivery take?

Almost everything we sell is made to order — produced for you when you order it, not pulled from a shelf. That's how we avoid overproduction.

• Production: made to order in 3–7 days
• Delivery: 9–14 days once production is complete
• Most orders arrive within 12–21 days of ordering.

These are estimates, not guarantees — the vast majority of orders land inside the window, and if yours is running past it, email us and we'll chase it for you.

Where's my order?

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, or your order is outside the 21-day window, contact support@znth.shop with your order number. If you added ZENITH Shipping Protection at checkout, lost or damaged parcels are replaced or refunded without waiting on a courier investigation.
