Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn items in original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return
- Email support@znth.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with your return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Start the same process and tell us what you'd like instead — exchange shipping on your first swap is on us.
Not eligible
Worn or washed items, and items marked final sale.
