We make one promise, and it is not about winning

ZENITH is an Australian apparel label built on a single Greek word: ΑΞΙΟΣ — axios — meaning worthy. It is not a word about coming first. It asks whether the work deserved what it is being given, which is a question that still has an honest answer on the days the numbers are bad.

How we actually operate

Everything we sell is made to order. We do not hold warehouses of stock, and nothing is picked off a shelf. When you order, the garment is produced for you: 3–7 days in production, then 9–14 days in transit — most orders arrive within 12–21 days. We would rather tell you a garment takes three weeks to reach you than pretend otherwise and be forgiven later.

A small number of items are held as ready-to-ship stock. Where that is true, the product page says so and those units dispatch immediately. Where it is not, the product page states the made-to-order timeline before you commit — never after.

How to reach us

We are an online-only business based in Australia. There is no physical storefront and no phone line — email reaches a real person, and we answer every message within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

If something is wrong

Returns are open for 30 days from delivery on unworn items with tags attached, started by emailing us. The full terms are in our Refund Policy, delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and common questions are answered in the Help Center.
