Store credit

Every order earns 5% back in store credit on what you pay for products, after discounts. Shipping and Shipping Protection don't earn credit, and an order that includes THE SUMMIT membership earns none.

Credit lands in your account 30 days after your whole order has shipped, once the exchange window has closed. We email you when it does.

Credit doesn't expire.

To spend it, sign in at checkout. Your whole balance applies to the order.

Credit has no cash value and can't be transferred. If an order is refunded, the credit it earned is removed.

None of this changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
