PAID IN FULL — Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the PAID IN FULL promotion ("the Promotion"). By entering, you accept these terms. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms.
1. Promoter
The Promoter is ZENITH FOREVER APPAREL trading as ZENITH, ABN 32 503 425 650, of 13/10-40 Burwood Hwy, Burwood East VIC 3151, Australia. Contact: support@znth.shop.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible. The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and residency, and may disqualify any entrant who cannot provide it.
3. Promotional period
The Promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on Sunday 30 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026 ("the Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period are not valid.
4. How to enter
To enter, during the Promotional Period place an order at znth.shop with a merchandise subtotal of A$80.00 or more. Entry is automatic — no code, form or further action is required.
- The A$80.00 threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts and excluding shipping, taxes, and the ZENITH Shipping Protection product.
- One qualifying order equals one entry. Placing additional orders creates additional entries, but the value of an order above A$80.00 does not increase the number of entries or improve the chance of winning.
- An entry is allocated to the draw for the week in which the order was placed (see clause 6).
- If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or fails payment, any entry arising from it is void. If that entry has already won, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and redraw.
5. Prize
There are four (4) prizes, one per draw.
Each prize is a refund of the winner's qualifying order, up to a maximum of A$500.00. If the qualifying order total exceeds A$500.00, the refund is capped at A$500.00 and the winner pays the balance as already charged. If the qualifying order total is less than A$500.00, the prize is the value of that order and no difference is payable.
The maximum total prize pool across the Promotion is A$2,000.00.
- The winner keeps the items ordered. The refund does not require the goods to be returned.
- The refund is paid to the original payment method used for the qualifying order. It is a monetary refund, not store credit, and is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash beyond the refund described above.
6. Draws
Four draws will be conducted. Each draw is made electronically at random from all valid entries for that week, at 7:00pm AEST at the Promoter's premises.

Each entry is eligible for the draw of its own week only. Entries not drawn do not carry forward. An entrant may win more than once only if they have placed qualifying orders in more than one week.
7. Winner notification and publication
Each winner will be notified by email to the address on the qualifying order within two (2) business days of the draw. The refund will be processed within five (5) business days of the draw.
The Promoter may publish the winner's first name and the first initial of their surname, and the state or territory of the delivery address, on znth.shop and on the Promoter's social media channels. The Promoter will not publish a winner's full name, street address, email address or order details without that winner's separate consent.
8. Unclaimed prizes
Because the prize is a refund to the original payment method, no claim step is required. If a refund cannot be processed for reasons outside the Promoter's control — for example the payment method is closed or the transaction is too old to refund — the Promoter will contact the winner to arrange an alternative electronic payment of the same value. If the winner cannot be contacted or the payment cannot be completed within three (3) months of the draw, the prize is forfeited and the Promoter may redraw, subject to any applicable law.
9. Permits
This is a game of chance. Based on the total prize pool stated in clause 5, no trade promotion permit is required in any Australian state or territory. The Promoter will obtain any permit that becomes necessary if the prize pool changes.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected for this Promotion is used to conduct the Promotion, verify eligibility, and deliver prizes. It is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at znth.shop/policies/privacy-policy. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing; marketing consent is collected separately and can be withdrawn at any time.
11. General
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, used fraudulent payment details, or acted in breach of these terms.
- If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to any applicable law and to any written direction of a relevant authority. Entries already validly made will be honoured where lawful to do so.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Instagram, TikTok, Google or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms in full.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
