PAID IN FULL — Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is ZENITH ("we", "us"), contactable at support@znth.shop.
  2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
  3. To enter, place an order at znth.shop with a merchandise subtotal of A$80 or more (excluding shipping and taxes) during a draw period. Each qualifying order receives one entry. Additional orders each receive one further entry.
  4. Draw periods run weekly from 12:00 AM AEST Monday to 11:59 PM AEST Sunday, for four periods beginning 31 August 2026 and ending 27 September 2026.
  5. One winner is drawn at random from all qualifying orders in each period, within 48 hours of that period closing, using a random number generator.
  6. The prize is a full refund of the winner's qualifying order, including shipping, returned to the original payment method within 5 business days. The winner keeps all items ordered. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative beyond the stated refund is available.
  7. Maximum prize value per draw is the value of the qualifying order drawn. Total maximum campaign value is the sum of the four winning orders.
  8. Winners are notified by email to the address on their order within 48 hours of the draw and announced on @zenith_forever. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw occurs.
  9. Orders cancelled or refunded before a draw are void as entries. Orders returned after winning remain subject to our standard returns policy; a refunded prize order that is subsequently returned will have the prize refund reversed.
  10. We collect entrants' details only to administer this promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entry does not subscribe you to marketing; that requires separate opt-in.
  11. By entering you agree to these terms. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
