If you have ordered from us, you will have seen the line on the product page: made to order in 3–7 days, delivered in 9–14 days. Most orders arrive within 12–21 days.
That is slower than a warehouse. It is deliberate, and it is worth explaining properly rather than burying it in a shipping policy.
Where the time actually goes

We say most orders rather than giving you a date, because a date would be a promise we do not control. Customs, weather and carrier backlogs are real. An estimate we hit is worth more than a guarantee we break.
Why not just hold stock
Holding stock means guessing — how many mediums, in which colour, before anyone has bought one. Guess high and the surplus is destroyed or dumped. Guess low and the size you wanted has been sold out for a month.
The industry's answer to that guess is overproduction, and the cost of it is absorbed quietly: by landfill, and by whoever buys the markdown. Making a garment only once somebody actually wants it removes the guess entirely. Nothing we print is surplus, because nothing is printed speculatively.
It also means the range can be wider than our size would otherwise allow. Every colourway exists in every size, permanently, because none of them has to justify shelf space.
The exception: ready to ship
On some products you will see a ready to ship note against a particular colour and size. That is a small buffer of units we hold ourselves, and it is a real tracked count — not a badge we leave switched on.
If you see it, that variant skips production and despatches straight away. If you do not, the item is made for you on the timeline above. The badge disappears when the buffer does.
What to do if you need it by a date
- Working backwards from an event? Give it four weeks, not three. The estimate is a range, and ranges have a top end.
- Ordering several items? They may be produced separately and can arrive on different days. That is normal and nothing has gone wrong.
- Need it sooner? Check whether the colour and size you want is showing as ready to ship.
- Not sure where it is? Every order gets tracking as soon as it leaves production. If the tracking has not moved in a week, email us and we will chase it.
Three weeks is a genuine ask, and we would rather you knew that before you paid than after. What you get for the wait is a garment that was made for you, and a rack that never had to be cleared.
