Welcome to ZENITH. By accessing znth.shop or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Our store

ZENITH sells athletic apparel online, shipped within Australia. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, products and promotions at any time; changes don’t affect orders already placed.

Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or listing error, or where we suspect fraud — if we do, you’ll be refunded in full.

Made to order

Most items are produced on demand. Production times are shown on our Shipping Policy page.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy — 30-day returns on unworn items with tags attached.

Your account and conduct

You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (including shipping address) and for keeping any account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the ZENITH name, wordmark, product imagery and copy — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.
